Shipping Policy

We aim to get your orders to you as quickly and safely as possible. All orders are sent using Royal Mail’s tracked delivery service, so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order. We always aim to keep these fair and transparent.

Dispatch Days:
We dispatch orders twice a week on Mondays and Thursdays.

• Orders placed Thursday to Sunday will be dispatched on Monday
• Orders placed Monday to Wednesday will be dispatched on Thursday

This schedule allows us to pack each order with care as a small, two-person team, while maintaining the quality and care you expect.

Tracking details are uploaded once your order has been processed for dispatch. You’ll receive a confirmation email at that point.

Delivery Times:
Royal Mail tracked delivery typically takes 2–4 working days from dispatch (not from the date the order is placed).

Delays can occasionally occur during busy periods or due to factors outside our control.

New Releases:
For high-demand releases, orders may be dispatched in waves across multiple dispatch days to ensure everything is packed securely and accurately.

Lost or Delayed Parcels:
If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 working days from dispatch, please get in touch with your order number and we’ll investigate.
