Order Acceptance & Limitations

All orders placed through PokéCache.co.uk are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion, particularly in circumstances where product limits have been exceeded or suspicious activity is detected. 

To ensure fair access to limited or high-demand items, we impose a maximum purchase limit of 2 units per household on select products. 

We may cancel and refund any orders where we believe this limit has been breached, including multiple orders to the same address or customer.

Prices and Payment

All prices displayed on PokéCache.co.uk are listed in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. 

While we strive to ensure that all pricing information on the site is accurate, errors may occasionally occur. In the event of a pricing error, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal. All payment methods are available to select at checkout. Payment must be received in full before orders are dispatched. Prices and product availability are subject to change without prior notice.
